Our watches are hand‑assembled to order, so we don’t accept returns for change of mind. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as parts and assembly begin shortly after. If your watch arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement.
When will I get my order?
All watches are hand‑assembled to order.
Watch build time: 7–10 working days.
Delivery times:
- UK: 1–3 days (Royal Mail Tracked)
- International: 5–12 days depending on location
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
